WINTER SALINE SPA RETREAT

Regardless of accommodation, all meals are served in the main building of the Uzdrowisko - Rehabilitation Centre. Breakfasts and dinners are served buffet style, while lunches are served to the table.

Breakfast is available from 7:00 to 10:00, and dinners from 17:00 to 19:00. Lunches are served in two shifts: the first at 12:00, and the second at 13:30.

The Integracja Cafe invites you daily for delicious pastries and desserts.

Zdrojowa Restaurant invites you to enjoy exquisite Polish cuisine dishes and hot desserts.

In the summer season, we invite you to our homemade ice cream at Zdrojowa Ice Cream Parlor.

Thinking of our guests, their need for a moment of relaxation and unwinding, there is an option to purchase and reserve additional paid treatments, both therapeutic and cosmetic.

There are over 80 different treatments available, including hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, kinesitherapy, massages, and treatments using natural resources such as brine and peat.

For pain therapies, we especially recommend treatments of deep electromagnetic stimulation, high-energy laser treatments with a thermoscanner, shockwave treatments, and manual therapy.

Therapeutic treatments can only be used after consultation with a doctor or a physiotherapist.

Our guests can enjoy 90 minutes of relaxation daily in the Relaxation Zone. We invite you to use the salt grotto, Finnish and steam saunas, and jacuzzi.

In care of the beautiful appearance and well-being of our Guests, we have also launched a Hair Salon, where you can benefit from professional hair care.

"Solanki" Inowrocław Spa Resort is a place that has been working for health for over 140 years, rehabilitating and treating people suffering from various ailments.

Our Rehabilitation Center is located in the picturesque Solanki Park, which now covers more than 85 hectares. Scented gardens, flowered avenues, and ponds create a unique atmosphere of calm and peace here.

Solanki Park is richly wooded. You can find here, among others, maples, ashes, horse chestnuts, lindens, sycamores, oaks, plane trees, pines, and rarely seen trees. Among them, there are numerous natural monuments. In summer, one can see carefully composed flower carpets.

The walking alleys of Solanki Park are also adorned with sculptures, the most characteristic of which is located at Wilkońskiego Street. It's a huge peacock serving as a sundial. Meanwhile, General Sikorski has made himself comfortable on one of the benches, cast in bronze.

The heart of Solanki Park are graduation towers, which have been delighting visitors with their structure and beneficial health effects since 2001.

In the graduation tower complex, there are recreational areas: mini-golf, bowling alley, and chess tables. Right next to it is a playground full of attractions for children, a rich outdoor gym, and modern equipment for outdoor Street Workout training.

Solanki Park in Inowrocław also features the enchanting Scented Gardens created in 2012, with their extraordinary aromas. The flowering plants here (roses, peonies, lilies, numerous herbs) have a calming, anti-depressive, and relaxing effect.

A new attraction of Solanki Park is the "Inowrocławianka" Water Pavilion with the first in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian voivodeship Palm House and Monument of Mother-in-law, and the Kuyavian Cottage.

In the new part of Solanki Park by the artificial pond, a real sandy beach and a public covered grill area have been created. In the summer season, these places are very popular among those craving sunlight and feasts in the open air.

Nordic Walking knows no age limits and almost everyone can practice it. Inowrocław follows the trends and sets new paths. The Nordic Walking Route known as "the big loop" has a distance of 9.15 km and also covers Solanki Park.

We invite interesting personalities who wish to share their passion and rich experience to the spa. To make free time more attractive, we organize both concerts and dance evenings, which are very popular among our Guests.

During your stay, it is worth getting to know the most interesting places in Inowrocław. On the walking tour, you can see the monuments of Inowrocław: the Romanesque Basilica Minor of the Name of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Gothic collegiate church of St. Nicholas, the neo-Romanesque church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, fragments of Gothic defensive walls, over a hundred-year-old neo-Renaissance building of the current District Court, the neo-Gothic building of the current town hall, the House of Jan Kasprowicz, and many others.

Collaborating with one of the local travel agencies, our spa organizes numerous bus trips to places worth visiting, the "gems" of our region: Licheń, Toruń, Kruszwica, Gniezno, Biskupin, and Pakość.

Mandatory health resort fee in accordance with the current rate adopted by the City Council of Inowrocław payable at the reception.

There is a possibility to purchase a parking space according to the current parking fees.

All medical treatments, cosmetic treatments, medical consultations, specialist examinations, and other services not included in the price are subject to additional charges according to separate price lists.

Regardless of accommodation, all meals and treatments take place in the main building of the Uzdrowisko - Rehabilitation Center.

In accordance with current regulations, smoking is prohibited in all our rooms.

Pets are not accepted.

Shortening the stay does not result in a refund for unused services. Not using any element of the package does not reduce its price.

The price for the stay includes VAT.
