§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: http://www.solanki.pl and is effective from May 25, 2018.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform that:

    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of provided services – inquiry about filling out a survey or answering a few questions concerning the quality of provided services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
