Regardless of accommodation, all meals are served in the main building of the spa - the Kujawiak Rehabilitation Centre. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served buffet-style.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00, and dinner from 17:00 to 19:00. Lunch is served from 12:00 to 15:00.

Integracja Café offers delicious pastries and desserts every day.

Zdrojowa Restaurant offers exquisite Polish dishes and hot desserts.

In the summer season we invite you to enjoy our homemade ice cream at the Zdrojowa Ice Cream Parlor.

With our Guests in mind, and their need for a moment of relaxation and unwinding, it is possible to purchase and reserve additional treatments both medical and cosmetic.

There are over 80 different treatments to choose from in the fields of hydrotherapy, physical therapy, kinesiotherapy and massages, as well as treatments using natural raw materials such as brine and peat.

In pain therapies we particularly recommend deep electromagnetic stimulation treatments, high-energy laser treatments with a thermoscanner, shockwave treatments and manual therapy. We also encourage you to take advantage of oxygen therapy treatments in the hyperbaric chamber.

Our Guests can enjoy 90 minutes of relaxation daily in the Relaxation Zone. We invite you to use the salt grotto, the Finnish and steam saunas, the gym and the jacuzzi.

Out of concern for the beautiful appearance and well-being of our Guests, we have also opened a Hair Salon offering professional hair care.

"Solanki" Spa Inowrocław is a place that for more than 150 years has been dedicated to health, rehabilitating and treating people suffering from various ailments.

Our Rehabilitation Center is located in the picturesque Park Solankowy, which today covers over 85 hectares. Fragrant gardens, flower-lined avenues and ponds create a unique atmosphere of calm and tranquility.

Park Solankowy is richly wooded. Among others, maples, ashes, horse chestnuts, lindens, sycamores, oaks, plane trees, pines and rarely seen trees grow here. There are numerous natural monuments among them. In summer you can see carefully arranged flower carpets.

The park’s promenades are also adorned with sculptures; the most characteristic one is located on Wilkońskiego Street. It is a huge peacock that serves as a sundial. On one of the benches sits a bronze-cast General Sikorski.

The heart of Park Solankowy is the graduation towers, which since 2001 have been delighting visitors with their construction and beneficial effects on health.

In the graduation tower complex there are recreational areas: minigolf, a bowling alley and chess tables. Right next to them is a childrens playground full of attractions, a well-equipped outdoor gym and modern equipment for outdoor Street Workout training.

Park Solankowy in Inowrocław is also home to the enchanting Scent Gardens, created in 2012. The plants that bloom here (roses, peonies, lilies, numerous herbs) have a calming, antidepressant and relaxing effect.

A new attraction of Park Solankowy is the Water Drinking Hall "Inowrocławianka" with the first Palm House in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, the Mother-in-law Monument and the Kuyavian Cottage.

In the new part of Park Solankowy by the artificial pond a real sandy beach and a public covered barbecue area have also been created. In the summer season these spots are very popular among people seeking sunshine and outdoor gatherings.

Nordic walking has no age limits and can be practiced by almost anyone. Inowrocław follows trends and marks new routes. The Nordic Walking Route, known as the "big loop", is 9.15 km long and also includes Park Solankowy.

We invite interesting personalities to the spa who want to share their passion and extensive experience. To make free time more attractive we organize both concerts and dance evenings, which are very popular among our Guests.

During your stay it is worth discovering the most interesting places in Inowrocław. On the walking route you can see Inowrocław's landmarks: the Romanesque Minor Basilica of the Most Holy Virgin Mary, the Gothic parish church of St. Nicholas, the Neo-Romanesque Church of the Annunciation of the Most Holy Virgin Mary, fragments of Gothic defensive walls, the over-a-century-old Neo-Renaissance building of the current District Court, the Neo-Gothic building of the current town hall, the house of Jan Kasprowicz and many others.

In cooperation with one of the local travel agencies, our spa organizes numerous coach trips to places worth discovering, to the "pearls" of our region: Licheń, Toruń, Kruszwica, Gniezno, Biskupin and Pakość.

A parking space can be purchased subject to the applicable parking fees.

Any medical treatments not included in the price, cosmetic procedures, medical consultations, specialist examinations and other services are subject to additional charges in accordance with separate price lists.

Regardless of accommodation, all meals and treatments take place in the spa's main building - the Kujawiak Rehabilitation Center.

In accordance with current regulations, smoking is prohibited in all our rooms.

Pets are not allowed.

Shortening the stay does not entitle you to a refund for unused services. Failure to use any element included in the package does not reduce its price.

The price of the stay includes VAT.
