Our Guests can use a modern Relaxation Zone which comprises a sauna complex (Finnish sauna and steam bath), a whirlpool bath and the Salt Cave. The Relaxation Zone – comfortable, tastefully furnished and decorated interiors and a wealth of relaxation treatments to benefit your body. Your stay at the Relaxation Zone will help you unwind and restore your balance.
Steam Bath
The air temperature in the steam bath room ranges from 43 to 55°C, and the humidity can reach from 40 to 100%. You should finish your session by cooling the body off with water, streaming it from the feet up towards the heart. Then a 20 to 30-minute rest is necessary, along with water replenishment.

Steam bath – who is this for?
Finnish Sauna
The air temperature in the sauna is 80-120°C. The air is very dry with humidity reaching just 10-15%. You need to wear a towel in the sauna. Start with sitting on a lower bench. Then you can move up. You should finish your sauna session by cooling the body off with water, streaming it from the feet up towards the heart. Then a 20 to 30-minute rest is necessary, along with water replenishment.

Finnish sauna – who is this for?
Whirlpool Bath
No doubt getting a whirlpool bath is a great pleasure. Just a few minutes in the bath reduce stress and let you immerse in complete relaxation. A hydro massage makes your blood circulate faster, enhancing removal of toxins from your body in exchange for oxygen and nutrients. Taking a whirlpool bath also reduces swelling of the legs, pain in the tendons and joints, and tension headaches. Another advantage is that it can be enjoyed alone or with friends.
Salt Cave
The Relaxation Zone comprises a modern Salt Cave – a tried and tested source of energy and an idea for relaxation, supporting various therapies. Spending just 30 minutes in the Salt Cave is like a few days at the seaside. The air in the Salt Cave is 10 times cleaner than outside. This has a beneficial effect on the respiratory, nervous and circulatory systems. Staying in the Cave reduces stress, slows down breathing, retards skin ageing, softens wrinkles and improves immunity.
