Full Board

Orthopedic rehabilitation is especially recommended for people after injuries, tendon, ligament, and muscle tears and reconstructions, as well as after injuries to peripheral joints. It is also advised for people after fractures and breaks of lower limb bones and stabilization of bones and joints, as well as in cases of inflammatory conditions and degenerative changes of the musculoskeletal and muscular systems.

The goal of rehabilitation is to restore lost functions or improve limb mobility, reduce pain symptoms, and improve physical condition.

The package includes:

14 nights accommodation

1 functional diagnostics treatment with dynamic taping
20 therapeutic exercises with biofeedback

Therapeutic treatments are performed daily except Sundays and public holidays.

The final decision regarding the choice of the appropriate treatment program and prescribed treatments is made by the doctor. Substitution of a treatment with another treatment offered by the "Solanki" Rehabilitation Center is only allowed for documented health reasons of the Patient and solely based on the attending physician’s decision.

Failure to use any element included in the package does not reduce its price.

It is recommended to have current medical documentation, including discharge summaries from hospital stays, as well as chronic medications taken with dosage instructions.

The day starts at 2:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM.

The stay begins with lunch and ends with breakfast.

To be accommodated in a room with a rehabilitation bed and bathroom for people with disabilities, choose the Rehastandard room.

If the Patient’s condition requires it (Patient dependent based on Barthel scale assessment) we reserve the right to increase the price for assistance with daily activities and to transfer from a Komfort room to a Rehastandard room subject to availability. In case of no availability, we reserve the right to discharge the patient from the center.

In case of contraindications to rehabilitation, we reserve the right to discharge the Patient from the center or change the stay to a recreational one.

Meals

Regardless of accommodation, all meals are served in the main building of the Spa - Kujawiak Rehabilitation Center. Breakfasts and dinners are served buffet-style, and lunches are served at the table (from January 1, 2026, lunches will also be served buffet-style).

Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and dinner from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Lunches are served in two shifts: the first shift at 12:00 PM, and the second shift at 1:30 PM.

Integracja Cafe invites you daily for delicious pastries and desserts.

Zdrojowa Restaurant offers exquisite Polish cuisine and hot desserts.

In the summer season, we invite you to enjoy our homemade ice cream at the Zdrojowa Ice Cream Parlor.

Wellness & SPA

With our guests in mind, their need for a moment of relaxation and rest, it is possible to purchase and book additional paid treatments, both medical and cosmetic.

There are over 80 different treatments available in hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, kinesitherapy, massages, and treatments using natural materials such as brine and peat.

For pain therapies, we especially recommend deep electromagnetic stimulation treatments, high-energy laser treatments with a thermoscanner, shockwave therapy, and manual therapy. We also encourage you to take advantage of oxygen therapy treatments in the hyperbaric chamber.

Medical treatments can only be used after medical or physiotherapy consultation.

Our guests can enjoy 90 minutes of daily relaxation in the Relaxation Zone. We invite you to enjoy the salt grotto, Finnish and steam sauna, gym, and jacuzzi.

To care for the beautiful appearance and well-being of our guests, we have also opened a Hairdressing Salon, where you can benefit from professional hair care.

Attractions and location

"Solanki" Inowrocław Spa is a place that has been working for over 150 years to promote health, rehabilitating and treating people suffering from various ailments.

Our Rehabilitation Center is located in the picturesque Solankowy Park, which today covers over 85 hectares. Fragrant gardens, flower-lined alleys, and ponds create a unique atmosphere of calm and tranquility here.

Solankowy Park is richly wooded. Here grow maples, ash trees, horse chestnuts, lindens, sycamores, oaks, plane trees, pines, and rare trees. Among them are numerous natural monuments. In summer, carefully designed flower carpets can be seen here.

The walking alleys of Solankowy Park are also adorned with sculptures, the most characteristic located on Wilkońskiego Street. It is a huge peacock that serves as a sundial. On one of the benches sits a bronze-cast General Sikorski.

The heart of Solankowy Park are the brine graduation towers, which have been delighting visitors since 2001 with their design and beneficial health effects.

The graduation towers complex includes recreational areas: mini golf, bowling alley, and tables for chess. Nearby is a playground full of attractions for children, a well-equipped outdoor gym, and modern equipment for Street Workout training.

Solankowy Park in Inowrocław also features the charming Fragrant Gardens established in 2012. The blooming plants (roses, peonies, lilies, numerous herbs) have calming, antidepressant, and relaxing effects.

A new attraction of Solankowy Park is the "Inowrocławianka" Water Drinking Hall with the first Palm House in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship and the Mother-in-Law Monument as well as the Kujawy Cottage.

In the new part of Solankowy Park, by the artificial pond, a real sandy beach and a public covered barbecue area have been created. In the summer season, these places are very popular among people craving sunshine and outdoor gatherings.

Nordic Walking has no age limits and can be practiced by almost everyone. Inowrocław follows trends and sets new routes. The Nordic Walking route, known as the "great loop," is 9.15 km long and also includes Solankowy Park.

We invite interesting personalities to the spa, who want to share their passion and rich experience. To make leisure time more attractive, we organize both concerts and dance evenings, which are very popular among our Guests.

During your stay, it is worth exploring the most interesting places in Inowrocław. On the walking route, you can see Inowrocław’s monuments: the Romanesque Minor Basilica of the Most Holy Virgin Mary, the Gothic parish church of St. Nicholas, the Neo-Romanesque church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, fragments of the Gothic defensive walls, the over 100-year-old Neo-Renaissance building of the current District Court, the Neo-Gothic building of the current town hall, the Jan Kasprowicz House, and many others.

Working with a local travel agency, our spa organizes numerous coach trips to places worth discovering, the "gems" of our region: Licheń, Toruń, Kruszwica, Gniezno, Biskupin, and Pakość.

It is possible to purchase a parking space according to the applicable pricing parking fees.

All treatments not included in the price, cosmetic treatments, medical consultations, specialist examinations, and other services are charged additionally according to separate price lists.

Important information

Regardless of accommodation, all meals and treatments take place in the main building of the Spa - Kujawiak Rehabilitation Center.

According to current regulations, smoking is prohibited in all our rooms.

Pets are not accepted.

In case of contraindications to rehabilitation, the right to change the stay to a recreational one is reserved.

Shortening the stay does not result in a refund for unused services. Not using any element included in the package does not reduce its price.

The stay is a service exempt from VAT. In the event of the client’s resignation from medical services (medical consultation and therapeutic treatments) included in the price of the stay, the stated order value will be increased by VAT (8%).

"Solanki" Uzdrowisko Inowrocław Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change the elements included in the stay package.
