and most famous spas in Poland, which in 2025 will celebrate its 150th anniversary. Its history dates back to the end of the 19th century, when rich salt deposits were discovered near Inowrocław, which were to become the basis for the development of health tourism in the region.
The first steps towards creating a spa in Inowrocław were taken in 1875, when
on the initiative of Dr. Zygmunt Wilkoński, the first bathing establishment was founded.
Around it, a park of about 20 hectares was established, which soon became a popular place frequently visited by the residents of Inowrocław and spa guests.
A year later, in 1876, the first modest bathhouse was put into use, equipped only
with 14 brine baths.

In the interwar period, new facilities were established, including the ZUS Sanatorium. During the People's Republic of Poland era, infrastructure was dynamically developed, including the "Energetyk", "Metalowiec" and "Kombatant" sanatoriums.
At the same time, the area of the Solankowy Park was significantly expanded, becoming one of the most beautiful places in Inowrocław, combining healing properties with the beauty of nature.
In 2001, as part of the spa modernization, graduation towers were built, which became a tourist and health attraction of Inowrocław.
